Just like the care provided for your little one, our billing and payment policies can be flexible to meet your individual needs.

Upon Enrollment, you select:

• the rate that covers the number of hours per day that you need to reserve care

  • this can be mixed and matched if you regularly need some days longer or shorter than others

• the number of days per week you plan for your child to attend care

  • additional days can be added with applicable discounting prior to each billing cycle, if space is available

  • days added last minute will be billed at the standard "1 day" rate

• your billing frequency

  • monthly (preferred, discount given)

    • specific to the # of days your child will be attending that month, not based on an average

  • biweekly

  • weekly

• method of payment

  • can be changed as necessary

  • accepted methods include:

    • cash

    • card

    • venmo

    • additional options available upon request; some require extra fees that would be discussed in advance

    • I am in the process of completing the steps necessary to be able to accept ERDC subsidies - if this applies to you, let me know and I will try to expedite my application for you!

Payment is due prior to any service provided.

No payment will be required in the event of absences due to

• illness - thank you for helping prevent the spread of infection!

• inclement weather

• holidays scheduled by the nursery or requested by the family at least 2 weeks in advance or before the beginning of the billing cycle, whichever is longest

  • absences scheduled less than 2 weeks but more than 1 week in advanced will be charged at 50% your normal rate

  • absences scheduled less than 1 week in advance will not be excused from billing

If you have already paid for a day you do not use due to an approved/excused circumstance, that amount will be credited towards your next bill.
